Working with me is about long-term stability, integration of all parts of your life, and patterns that actually hold rather than motivation, optimisation, or fixing yourself.
I assist people who are already doing the work — reading, experimenting, reflecting — but who feel stuck, fragmented, or quietly exhausted by patterns that don’t shift through effort alone. Often what’s missing isn’t another tool or idea, but another nervous system in the room: someone to help stabilise, reflect clearly, and support integration so progress actually holds.

I’ve been working with people since 2016 to improve long-term health, resilience, and psychological stability by addressing the interaction between physiology, behaviour, and nervous-system load — rather than relying on motivation or short-term interventions.
My background spans advanced Buddhist meditation practice, EEG neurofeedback and neuromodulation, physical training and body recomposition, nutrition and supplementation, sleep optimisation, and the practical use of technology to support regulation rather than overwhelm.
The work has two consistent aims:
first, to build sustainable habits and lifestyles that actually hold over time;
and second, to resolve the ongoing nervous-system drag created by chronic stress, poor patterns, and unresolved load.
How the work runs
I work with people both remotely and in person, depending on what’s most appropriate.
Remote work happens via WhatsApp video, typically weekly or fortnightly, and can include full-spectrum biohacking coaching, neuromodulation consulting (EEG, tACS, PEMF, light and sound), and remote bioresonance work run through my systems. The emphasis is always on stabilisation, clarity, and effective use of tools — not constant intervention.
In-person work takes place at AONOS Lab in Gloucestershire and focuses on technology-assisted nervous-system resets and embodied integration. This is where unresolved load that doesn’t shift through conversation alone is addressed directly at the physiological level.
I’m available for calls and lab sessions Monday–Thursday, 8am–5pm (UK time).
Payment
This work operates under the Buddhist principle of Dana (donation). You contribute what you can sustainably afford, for as long as the work remains useful. There are no packages, contracts, or minimum commitments.
Payment can be made via cash, crypto, or bank transfer (UK/EU).
