BIOHACKING COACHING

Most of my work is about helping people build healthier, more coherent lives by looking closely at their daily routines and choices. We start by assessing and optimising six key areas: eating, sleeping, breathing, moving, relating, and creating. Rather than piling on new tasks, the process refines what you’re already doing, tightening up the foundations before layering in anything new. In my experience, many chronic problems resolve once these pillars are dialled in. To guide the process, I draw on data from wearables, DNA analysis, and bloodwork to uncover weak points and address them at the root. Alongside physiology, I also use frameworks like Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs and Kegan’s Constructive Developmental Theory to identify potential areas for growth and to focus on the small changes that will deliver the biggest lift.

Once the foundations are set, we can explore more advanced therapies and interventions — brain training, neuromodulation, peptides, gene therapy, and other tools emerging from the biohacking field. But the biggest transformations don’t come from chasing technology for its own sake; they come from habits and routines rebuilt from the ground up, with every choice synergised toward longevity and resilience. If you already have a routine, we’ll run through it quickly, identify the gaps, and optimise what you’re doing for maximum benefit. Beyond that, I can advise on integrating new tools, designing experiments, and interpreting data so your efforts aren’t wasted. This is about building a system that supports you now, adapts as you grow, and keeps you in the best possible condition for the long run.
